We’ll collaborate to create a Mood Board for the event so we’re on the same page.
Event Design
If you’d like help with details beyond flowers, we’ll make a plan for you to create a cohesive look.
Meetings
In person or virtual, in the months leading up to the event, we’ll meet to discuss details. We sign a contract outlining the services we’ll provide and 50% payment is due.
Planning
We plan and source for what we’ll use for your wedding. This includes starting seeds, creating custom mechanics, ordering decor, and more.
One Month
Details are finalized, we review timelines, and ensure we know what to expect for the day. Full payment is due at this time.
Wedding Week
We’re harvesting, sourcing, and processing the flowers. Each is cared for to be perfect for the day of the event.
Wedding Day
Our team arrives with the seasonal beauty we’ve created just for you. We place centerpieces, create installations, and add decor. If needed, we flip ceremony decor to your reception.
After
Usually the following morning, we return to strike the event. Any remaining flowers return to our farm to become compost for next year. We pick up rented vessels and decor.
